Job description
To organize and co-ordinate the Accommodation Team in the day-to-day operation of the Accommodation Department in terms of procedures, standards and customer care. To deputise in the absence of the Accommodation Manager. To promote a positive image of the Hotel to both customers and colleagues.
Main Duties:
- To be responsible for the planning, organizing and control of Accommodation Service to the standards outlined in the Department, in conjunction with the Accommodation Manager.
- To be aware of all Room requirements for the day involving: Tours, Early Arrivals, VIP’s, Show Rooms, Departures, Arrivals, Stayover
- Documenting and reporting maintenance daily for attention.
- Ensuring all lost property is documented and stored securely.
- To report any problems, difficulties etc. in respect of the smooth running of the department in any aspect to the Accommodation Manager/Duty Manager.
- To report any incidents or accidents in the Department to Duty Management without delay.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to €14.50 per hour
