Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with highly performance-focused and data-driven industries such as Gaming or Non-gaming Apps, Services, Fintech, Mobility or similar.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
