About Us:
Radio King is a leading company in the car Android industry, specializing in the installation of Android car radios, reverse cameras, dash cameras, speakers, and subwoofers for almost any vehicle. We provide and install premium equipment for dealers and private clients across Ireland. As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our finance department.
Role Overview:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date. You will assist with invoicing, expenses, reconciliations, and reporting while working closely with our accountant and operations team. Your work will directly support the smooth financial operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Use accounting software (1C Accounting, SAP, or other CRM systems) to maintain accurate records
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, including purchase invoices, sales records, and bank statements
- Help with monthly reconciliations and assist with generating financial reports
- Support inventory tracking and coordination with the purchasing department
- Ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible
- Communicate with team and clients regarding payments or discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative finance role
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with accounting software (1C, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems)
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian (required for communication with teams)
- B Driving Licence (required)
