The Role
- Reconciliation and timely payment of insurer accounts;
- Supporting the client payment process, to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Processing finance agreements with precision;
- Daily banking and lodgment reconciliations;
- Managing incoming enquiries via email and telephone with professionalism;
- Coordinating office supplies and inventory to support business operations;
- Handling supplier correspondence and maintaining vendor relationships;
- Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

- Experience in a finance or administrative support role
