Bear Market Coffee Roasters are a leading Irish Coffee Group with 9 stores, a
coffee roastery and an online E-commerce business. Bear Market are now in a
strong development and growth stage and are seeking an accounts Payable
Administrator to help streamline our in-house accounting system using
Microsoft Business Central. This is an exciting role with great opportunities for
the right candidate.
The Role.
Accounts technician / Trainee accountant / Accounts payable experience with a
minimum 1-year experience working with Accounts payable.
Proficient with Excel and all Microsoft suites.
Posting Supplier Invoices to correct retail units - Matching Prices to PO,
Matching Quantities to GRNs
Following up with Suppliers – missing invoices, discrepancies
Bank reconciliations
Administration Experience.
Qualities:
Focused on deadlines and tasks.
Attention to Detail
Able to work off own initiative.
This is a key role and the ability to work with a team is important.
Self-driven and not needing monitoring.
Requirements:
Ability to work in the head office - On-site in Stillorgan - Monday-Friday
Full Working Permit for Ireland
