We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting our clean energy mission
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments
- Follow up on overdue invoices via phone or Email
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues
- Assist in month-end closing and audits
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Admin
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and integrity
