Aviation Services Ireland (ASI) has provided expert revenue accounting support services to the airline industry. We check passenger ticket billings between international airlines using airline industry rules. ASI is also recognised by the Institute for Certified accountants as a training company for accountants.
We are seeking to recruit an office-based Administration Assistant reporting to the Operations Manager
Key responsibilities and duties
- Assisting with the receipt and despatch of electronic files
- Managing the workflow in the office and ensuring the customer deadlines are achieved for return of work
- Preparation and control of workflow to and from the auditing staff
- Accurately reporting the results and preparing excel reports
- Assist with the management, filing and distribution of confidential Agreements – Legal Contracts
- General Administration support
Skills & Experience:
- Enthusiastic, well-motivated, pleasant demeanour
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Manage time effectively to meet given deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Educated to Leaving Cert Standard
- Advanced English – Reading, Writing and Comprehension
- Advanced Math
Good communication skills, strict confidentiality in dealing with customer information and a team player are important qualities in the role.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage and meet strict turnaround times is essential.
36 Hours per week - €15 Per Hour Increasing with experience
