We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our head office team and support the smooth running of our restaurants.
Responsibilities:
General office administration (calls, emails, filing).
Assist with payroll preparation and supplier invoice checking.
Managing filing systems and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Fluency in English.
Previous admin/office experience (hospitality experience is a plus).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic finance knowledge desirable.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
