Stone Ideas Ltd is based in Lucan, Co. Dublin and is a long established business in the Stone Industry. Our main business is the fabrication and fitting of bespoke Marble, Quartz, Granite & Porcelain Kitchen Workops. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.
Job Description
- Main role will include all aspects of orders, customer service, sales and office admin.
- Dealing with customers on product offerings.
- Creating quotes and have an understanding of invoices and vat where required.
- Inputting to office systems.
- Contact clients with updates and answer client queries.
- Updating Job schedules and keeping clients informed.
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access and Onedrive.
- Liaising with staff daily and creating/updating schedules.
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Diary Management.
Key Qualities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative & organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office, Email, IT & Admin skills.
- A knowledge of a cloud based accounting system would be an advantage.
- A good understanding of social media, would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
