We are looking for an experienced and motivated machinery operator to join our team on a progressive 1,000-cow dairy farm for the upcoming silage season.
Requirements:
Prior experience operating agricultural or earthmoving machinery
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic mechanical knowledge and a hands-on attitude
Excavator experience is a plus, but not essential
A commitment to reliability, safety, and continuous improvement
