The purpose of this role is to deliver engaging and practical Art and Design instruction to vocational learners, equipping them with the creative and technical skills necessary for progression into further education or employment. In addition, the tutor will facilitate Personal Effectiveness & Work Experience sessions to support learners’ development in communication, teamwork, resilience, self-management, and career planning.
The successful candidate will have:
· Relevant qualification in Art and Design or a related subject area & significant experience of working with young people
· Experience in teaching or delivering workshops in Art and Design.
· Strong understanding of personal development topics and how they apply to young people.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
· A learner centred approach to work
· An awareness and understanding of Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), Common Awards and the National Framework of Qualifications for CTC’s.

Pay: €33,254.00-€59,330.00 per year
