About Our Assistant Brand Manager Role:
Operating with a start-up mentality, our marketing team is highly ambitious. Were looking for someone to join our team; someone who is ideas-led, creative, with robust project management skills, strong attention to detail, leadership capabilities and has a passion for digital marketing.
Our ABM will be responsible for brand activation across all touch points for their brand portfolio including; campaign creation and execution across social, digital and traditional platforms, collaboration with our graphic design team on everything from packaging to digital assets, as well as event management and shopper marketing.
Our ABM will work closely with the Head of Marketing and will collaborate seamlessly with internal cross functional teams, as well as external agencies to deliver excellence in consumer-centric marketing.
Role Deliverables
Brand Strategy & Brand Planning
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop strategies for growth, based on in-depth consumer & customer insights across all channels
- Develop and execute cutting edge, disruptive brand plans across a portfolio of brands that deliver against KPIs; developing and adapting positioning and renovation strategies as required
- Manage brand budget across ATL and BTL
- Manage all brand IP
Brand Activation
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop the optimal mix of consumer communication for each brand; ATL & BTL
- Lead role in digital asset creation in conjunction with our graphic design manager
- Lead packaging development projects
- Lead brand comms in line with brand guidelines across all touch points
- Align closely with Commercial and Category teams to deliver customer/shopper marketing trade plans for key retailers
- Inspire internal & external agencies to deliver breakthrough output
- Event management across our portfolio of brands
Cutting Edge Digital, Social, Influencer Marketing
- Build social media calendars, delivering a high volume of quality content supported by our in-house paid media & graphic design teams
- Elevate brand ambassador partnerships to deliver best in class content
- Activate a large-scale internal influencer drive to support brand plans
Innovation
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and cross functional teams providing consumer insight and marketing input that drives the development of NPD from idea to delivery
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or similar
- Minimum 2-3years Marketing experience
- Proven track record in delivering best in class brand activations with a keen interest in digital media and deploying digital media strategies an advantage
- Interest in Food/Nutrition and an FMCG background an advantage
- Experience translating business requirements into engaging content.
- A team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, organisation and presentation skills
- Versatile, self-motivated and results driven
- Proactive, ambitious and dedicated, with the ability to work independently
- Open to travel on an ad hoc basis
- This is primarily an office-based role with flexibility to work from home on certain days an option.
