Assistant General Manager – Hawksmoor Dublin
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Assistant General Manager to join our team at Hawksmoor Dublin.
Since opening in 2023, our Dublin restaurant has quickly become known for serving some of the best steaks in the city, alongside outstanding drinks and warm, knowledgeable hospitality. As Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team and supporting the General Manager to deliver consistently high standards – on the floor, in the kitchen, and behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant, with a focus on service, standards and team culture
Leading and developing the front-of-house team, including training, mentoring and progression
Working closely with the GM and Head Chef on strategy, planning and performance
Helping manage budgets, rotas and commercial targets
Maintaining a calm, professional and inclusive environment during busy services
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an AGM or senior manager in a quality, high-volume hospitality setting
A strong understanding of what good service looks like – and how to deliver it consistently
A natural leader who supports and motivates others
Organised, commercially aware and confident with systems and numbers
Someone who shares our values and leads by example
