Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business analysis, statistical analysis, or machine learning, data is expertly leveraged to generate actionable insights.
- Ability to drive strategic decisions, solving complex, unstructured problems in fraud investigations and risk management.
- Ability to grow in dynamic, ever-changing environments, demonstrating strong resilience and to quickly adjust.
- Ability to possess end-to-end skills in project and process management, including prioritization, multitasking, and adeptly navigating cross-team dynamics.
- Excellent influencing and collaborating skills with cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

Responsibilities
- Ideate and manage high impact strategies which increase user safety or improve user experience on Google Shopping and Shopping GenAI products, in partnership with stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Policy, Sales and other Trust and Safety teams.
- Perform investigative fraud and abuse analysis, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for new signals, automation, workflow improvements and operational efficiency gains. Subsequently drive solutions to completion.
- Strengthen global partnerships with executive stakeholders across teams and act as a reliable domain expert for them.
- Take part in the regular on-call coverage rotation to resolve sensitive issues and escalations.
