We are passionate about producing the highest quality food and have grown to supply retailers both locally and internationally with our renowned Irish potatoes, onions, and prepared ready-meal solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Farm Shop team.
Key Responsiblities
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and any issues that arise.
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers.
Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and replenish items as needed.
- Coordinate with the stockroom to ensure timely restocking of products. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products sold, including key features, benefits, and pricing.
Cash Handling & Transactions:
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and manage cash handling accurately.
- Ensure that all sales are correctly recorded and that cash registers are balanced at the end of each shift.
Physical Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking products, and transporting stock from the stockroom to the shop floor.
- Upkeep of the shop including cleaning

Hours: Sunday – Saturday (Working five days over seven including weekends)
