The purpose of the Bank Teller is to operate cash facilities, open new accounts and support the branch in its day to day running. Dealing with Customer needs and delivering on the branch sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Process a range of transactions at the counter in a timely and professionally manner.
* Balance cash on a daily basis in line with Policy
* Run reports at the agreed frequency and perform reconciliations as required.
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation requirements in all customer interactions
* Work within all policies and procedures.
* Generate and execute sales from lead to fulfilment in accordance with sales process and activity management system.
Qualifications:
* APA/QFA Certification desired but not essential as full training will be provided
* Experience of providing high quality service to customer
* Flexibility and enthusiasm around the overall service provision
* Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of the importance of working as part of a team
