We’re on the lookout for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Bar Person to join our vibrant team at R&R Brasserie and the Errigal Country House Hotel. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating great drinks, and have a flair for customer service, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Serve drinks and cocktails to a high standard in a busy bar environment
- Confidently handle cash and card transactions
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage warmly and professionally with customers
- Take food and drink orders and serve to tables when required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar area
- Work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a fun and efficient atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
- Bar experience is essential, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of drink and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and team spirit
