We are currently looking for experienced bar staff for our high end bar in Wicklow Town.
The ideal candidates would have two years experience in the hospitality industry, be passionate & enthusiastic about the role and enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience. Cocktail experience also a major advantage. Experience dealing with the public essential.
This role will suit a candidate who enjoys to work under pressure in a high performance environment with high standards of service. We are proud of our product and venue, we consider ourselves to be the premier venue in the county.
Supported by a friendly and experienced team our ideal bar staff would add to the warm and welcoming environment which our customers have come to expect in all our establishments.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the bar
- Ensuring customers are fully looked after
- Help to train new staff
- Cashing up
- Following cleaning procedure
- Work late nights and ensure customers and responsibly serve alcohol.
Qualifications
- Experience essential (2 years minimum)
