We are looking for full-time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team at The Gleneagle Hotel and Gleneagle Arena!
You'll have the exciting opportunity to work in the Arena and other venues - and even see some of your favourite artists up close!
You'll be part of a professional team focused on delivering excellent service to our guests. Previous experience in bar and food service is preferred, but don't worry - you'll be paired with a trainer to help you learn our standards.
Main Duties:
- Serve beverages to guests across a variety of bars.
- Comply with all cash handling and stock security policies.
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
- Familiarise yourself with our food and drink offerings, including daily specials and local beverages, to assist guests with their choices.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests.
- Take accurate food orders and liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming bar environment.
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our beautiful local area with our guests.
Experience & Key Skills:
- Previous bar experience is essential; food service experience is an advantage.
- An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
- A strong team player who takes pride in contributing to team success.
