We are seeking a talented and motivated Barber, or a qualified Hairdresser interested in moving into barbering, to join our busy salon. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a vibrant town setting.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality men’s grooming services, with a strong focus on scissor cutting.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all clients.
Stay enthusiastic, passionate, and up to date with current barbering trends.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through professionalism and skill.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified Barber, or a Hairdresser willing to retrain and upskill in barbering techniques.
Strong technical skills and an eye for detail.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for the craft and continuous learning.
