Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality men’s grooming and hairstyling services, with emphasis on precision scissor work.
Ensure every client receives exceptional service in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, styles, and techniques in barbering.
Build strong client relationships and encourage customer loyalty through skill and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified Barber, or a qualified Hairdresser eager to retrain in barbering.
Excellent technical cutting and styling skills, with strong attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to create a great client experience.
Passionate about the craft and committed to ongoing professional development.
