We’re looking for a skilled, energetic Barista to join our team, someone who takes pride in great coffee, thrives in a fast paced service environment, and knows how to make people feel genuinely welcome.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve up consistently excellent coffee, matcha and other products
- Move with purpose and pace behind the bar and on the floor
- Support your teammates and help create a great daily energy
- Engage customers with warmth, professionalism, and personality
- Maintain high standards in cleanliness, efficiency, and quality
- Contribute to the overall flow and rhythm of the café
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years’ barista experience in a busy café or hospitality setting
- A passion for coffee, food, and service
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Strong communication and team focused attitude
- Pride in doing things well, from dialling in espresso to cleaning down
