Experienced Barista required
Please include a short cover letter specifying your barista experience in particular, including details of any specialty or fast paced coffee shops you worked in & the types of machines/coffees you worked with.
This is a year-round full time permanent position.
Candidates must be available for fulltime work (weekdays & weekends)
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience as a barista in a high pressured environment
- A warm, attentive, patient, and outgoing personality which would appeal to customers.
- Self-motivation, punctuality, positive working attitudes and the ability to work in a team are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with large groups of people effectively & efficiently.
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- A real people’s person that enjoys engaging with the public
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and previous experience in a similar role.
Willingness to learn new ideas and able to execute new standards consistently.
