The Role:
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced beautician who is confident in all aspects of beauty therapy. You will need to deliver treatments to the highest standard, maintain excellent customer service, and be a positive part of our salon team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a range of beauty treatments (e.g., facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, tinting trios brows, massage, laser hair removal)
- Ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the salon
- Advising clients on aftercare and suitable products
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in beauty therapy (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Salon experience.
- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for the beauty industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
