We are seeking a talented, experienced and passionate wax specialist using Hot wax and strip wax to join our team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and proficiency. Brow experience. a bonus but not required
- Provide a range of waxing services including strip and hot waxing including intimate waxing.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service and follow-up care.
- Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Promote beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a waxer or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or cosmetology are required.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve skills.
- Additional beauty treatments an advantage.
