Tobin Electric ltd is looking for a part time bookkeeper/office manager
Candidates will be required to complete the following tasks.
- Preparation of book keeping records including sales and purchases
- Processing of Invoices
- Taking Payments
- Creditors/Debtors/Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing and submission of VAT returns
- PAYE reconciliations
- Preparing and posting month end journal
- Processing payroll
- Invoicing Clients
- Chasing Debtors
- Issuing Statements
- Familiarity with Sage would be an advantage
- Quotations
- Manage Transport Fleet
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years' experience in a general account's role
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping/payroll role
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Knowledge of the Irish tax system
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to and manage deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role
- Excellent organisational and communications skills essential]
- Rate: Based on experience.
