Part Time Bookkeeper & Administration Role 2 days a week
The right person will have great attention to detail and organisational skills and enjoy working with a team.
Bookkeeping experience necessary. Quickbook Accounting system is the system we use.
Possibility to add an extra day with Payroll- We use Collsoft..
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of purchases & sales invoices & statements
- Creditors reconciliation, journal data entry. Suppliers statements reconcilaitions. Ensure we are paying our creditors in line with credit terms.
- Credit control - Statements/calls/emails/taking payments or getting commitments to payments. Escalating when there are issues in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare accounts for monthly reports and year end accounts.
- Update weekly excel reports.
- Ensure work is carried out in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting Price File maintenance
- Ordering stationary
- Weekly Payroll for 20 employees as an optional extra duty.
- Other administration & bookkeeping tasks as they arise
