The Office Administrator/Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing daily office operations and maintaining accurate financial records. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and proficiency in bookkeeping and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator, bookkeeper, or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office suite
Strong organizational, multitasking abilities, attention to detail and confidentiality
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
