Galway Plant and Tool Hire (GPT) is a one of Ireland’s largest and most successful plant and commercial vehicle hire specialists. We have 8 branches nationwide, serving the needs of both public and private sector customers. GPT is part of The Briggs Equipment Group, a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
We currently have a new opportunity as a Branch Administrator to join our successful and growing team based in our Cork branch.
In this role you will be:
- Supporting the depot with daily administrative tasks
- Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
- Assisting daily with required scheduling for deliveries and collections, and working with the branch-based logistics and workshop team to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Efficient record keeping for all transactions
- Applying the businesses processes rigidly and efficiently to ensure proper invoicing and cost management
- Work effectively and in partnership with the branch-based management, sales and operational functions
