Responsibilities:
- Assisting the agents in all aspects of the business.
- Managing properties and clients.
- Organising viewings.
- Assisting with content creation.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Launching properties on portals and CRM.
- Updating databases.
- Organising photographers
- Conducting measure ups, videos, and VR Tours.
Requirements:
- An interest in the property sector.
- A commitment to excellence.
- Hardworking.
- Corporate appearance.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Organisational and time management.
