- Fluent English
- Previous Experience needed - Bartender experience an advantage
- Classic Cocktail Knowledge
- General Interest in of Food & Beverage
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Can Do Culture
- Must be available to work shift patterns over the seven day period
- Knowledge of Barista coffee experience is essential.
- Flexible with Early & Evening shifts.
