An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team as a Breakfast Supervisor at the 4* Athlone Springs Hotel.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years supervisory experience in a high volume 4* hotel or quality focused restaurant and will display the ability to lead and motivate a team; a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service and customer care
Responsibilities will include:
- To assist and be responsible for the planning, organising and management of Breakfast Service to the Hotel standard.
- To ensure that all Team Members are fully aware and trained in the Standards of Procedures and Operations in the Room Service Areas.
- To assist the Breakfast Manager.
- To ensure that all opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOP’s.
- To be responsible for the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas.
- To fairly and correctly delegate tasks & duties to the Restaurant Staff.
- To ensure that the Room Service preparation is completed in advance of Service times.
- To communicate Hotel and Group services to guests.
