Job Description
We are looking for a Brewery & Customer Experience Officer to join our amazing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sustainable, long-term customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with the best breweries in the UK , whilst providing support to field sales managers and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. In doing so you will ensure that Loughran Brewing Stores continues to supply the exciting, high quality ingredients which are found in industry leading beers across Ireland and the UK.
Responsibilities
· Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, website and email
· Respond to inbound calls and emails for customer orders and enquiries
· Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers, liaising with field sales managers to support overall account management and drive positive company sales results
· Handle customer challenges, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
· Maximise sales potential by sharing product knowledge, raising customer awareness of our product offering and using marketing tools provided
· Interact with field sales managers, warehouse team members, accounts and logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience
· Manage product returns, credits and stock availability
· Provide technical support and tools to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products (training will be provided)
· Use CRM to capture important customer information and support long term relationship building
· Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proficient in use of Microsoft platforms; Office, Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook
- An interest in craft beer and brewing is a distinct advantage
