We’re Photo Experience Ltd, a fast-growing company specialising in delivering fun, memorable photography moments to visitors at top attractions. Our system is proven: we drive customer interest, we bring the footfall, and your team captures the smiles.
Now we need someone exceptional to lead the charge at the Cliffs of Moher—a motivated Manager who can get the very best from their team.
The Role
This isn’t a photography job—it’s about people, performance, and presence.
You’ll be:
- Managing and motivating a team of photographers and sales staff
- Driving daily performance to meet photo package sales targets
- Creating a fun, positive and professional atmosphere for both team and visitors
- Handling rotas, breaks, and on-the-ground problem solving
- Making sure the customer journey is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish
- Liaising with head office to report on KPIs and staffing needs
You won’t need to take photos yourself (unless you want to!)—we’ll train your team to do that. Your role is to lead, energise, and deliver results.

- Proven experience managing a team in retail, tourism, hospitality, or events
- A confident motivator who leads by example and thrives in busy environments
- Target-driven, with a strong focus on customer experience
- Approachable, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
