The SMB team in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build up the Sales Analytics function. In this role, you will work alongside sales and product leaders as well as other cross functional teams to deliver in-depth business insights and operational excellence that addresses critical aspects of growth strategies.
You will play a critical role in shaping regional business priorities, building scalable and analytical frameworks and driving execution cross-functionally. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management and evolving organizational analytics capabilities in a fast-moving, data-centric environment. In this role, you will working with the senior sales and product leadership across the SMB org across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Define and build SMB business analytics frameworks across the EMEA regions
- Design and maintain scalable business performance monitoring systems aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to drive in-depth analyses which lead up to strategic directions and actionable growth levers based on projects
- Oversee high-impact analytics projects, such as partnership penetration, sales efficiency, seasonality initiatives, etc
- Collaborate with the Global Business Analytics function on improving tooling, workflows and data infrastructure
