Role Overview:
As a Business Sales Executive at Gran Grans Foods , You will play a key role in driving our company growth and success across Ireland and the UK. You will be responsible for initiating and building relationships with prospective new customers, providing them with a great accounting solution to help manage their business.
In addition to this you will manage our existing client base here in Ireland and NI with a strong emphasis on growing our sales channels in Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities:
New Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and nurture leads, converting them into satisfied customers. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calls) and conduct face-to-face meetings, introducing Gran Grans Foods and its product range.
- Act as the initial point of contact to all new prospects.
- Actively liaise with prospects, fact-finding key data.
- Maintain a high level of client service and client relationships, ensuring a premium level of customer satisfaction.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Client Development:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for upselling, and referrals across existing customers
CRM Expertise:
- Use CRM software in order to build and maintain a strong base of leads. Leverage technology to communicate with prospects and customers as well as to generate regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
What you need :
- Proven experience, with a focus on new customer acquisition ;
- Strong cold calling skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively;
- Demonstrated success in closing deals of various sizes and meeting goals;
- Previous experience with various CRM systems for communication, lead management, reporting and people management;
- Familiarity in the food and beverage sector highly desirable;
- A self-starter personality with strong resilience and can-do attitude.
- Business, marketing, or similar degree preferential
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Full Drivers Licence
