We are looking for a Butchers/Deli Assistant to join our busy fresh food departments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of food preparation and a good knowledge of HACCP systems and how to adhere to them.
Main responsibilities include Customer Service, preparation of food products for the day, ensuring all traceability paperwork is filled out correctly and cleaning of the area.
Candidate must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.
