This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and supplier management. While prior experience is helpful, it's not essential—we’re more interested in your eagerness to learn and your ability to think analytically. You’ll play a key role in supporting our buying operations, and you’ll also have the exciting opportunity to travel throughout Europe to meet with suppliers.
What You’ll Do:
- Help source and purchase products and services that meet business requirements
- Research and assess suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance
- Assist with supplier negotiations and help maintain strong supplier relationships
- Collect and analyze purchasing data and assist in preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth procurement process
- Travel across Europe to visit suppliers and assess their capabilities
- Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in procurement, buying, or supply chain management (experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
- A curious mindset, especially when it comes to how technology can improve procurement
Requirements:
- A valid driving license
- Ability to travel across Europe (valid passport, no travel restrictions)
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits as needed
