This is an office based position.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting the finance team with month-end closing activities.
- Handling petty cash and expense claims.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant role is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
