We are a growing construction company with a strong pipeline of projects in the cold storage and cleanroom sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a CAD Technician to join our team at our Head Office in Co. Kildare.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment where your work will directly contribute to project success.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality layout drawings and detailed construction documentation
- Prepare technical submittals for client approval
- Assist in developing the company’s BIM capabilities
- Support Project Managers in the day-to-day running and pricing of projects
- Maintain and update the company’s Fieldwire site management system
- Assist in compiling project handover files
- Develop and maintain servicing templates and reports for ongoing maintenance contracts
- Work to deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ CAD experience within the construction industry
- Relevant CAD or technical qualification
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with site/project management software (Fieldwire experience desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stamp 4 visa or valid work authorization

Pay: €32,500.00-€40,000.00 per year
