- Your position as cafe supervisor will be leading our amazing energetic team to provide exceptional service to our customers and to consistently achieve their best and highest standards. Managing the fresh preparation of our chef driven sandwiches and brewing the finest specialty coffee.
- All our wholesome food is cooked and prepared in our kitchen each day.
Job role
- Little Geno’s is a busy, fast paced and fun sandwich deli in the heart of Dublin City.
- The position will be full time leading our cheerful & passionate team to serve customers at our sandwich deli and make specialty coffee.
- Maintaining our high standards from our food ethos to cleanliness and staff performance.
- Rostering, ordering, till management.
- Building team culture & ensuring customer service, satisfaction & loyalty.
- Optimising financial performance & cost control.
- Working with the founder to grow the business.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years managerial experience in the café, restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Team Leadership and work well under pressure.
- Hard working, friendly and passionate about your career and team culture.
- Stocktaking experience.
- Cash and till management.
- POS system and computer skills.
