Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities & duties:
- Key Holding - Opening/Closing the Building
- Operating industrial cleaning equipment when required.
- Generating Access Fobs and Key Fobs
- Morning/Evening Site Patrolling
- Room set up
- Making sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Previous Experience in facilities in a busy building is desirable.
- Caretaker Experience Desirable
- Computer Skills
- Experience in cleaning and general maintenance required.
- Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the values and standards of our clients.
- Demonstrate professionalism by consistently showing respect to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritise and work with own-initiative.
- Possesses a flexible mindset and actively contributes to team dynamics.
