We are currently recruiting for part time catering assistants in Colaiste Gleann Li, Clash Road, Tralee and Presentation Secondary School, Ballymullen, Tralee, Co. Kerry
These position will commence the end of August and operates around the Secondary school calendar.
Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is also subject to Garda Vetting.
The position of part time Catering Assistant in Colaiste Gleann Li is approx 8 -11 hours per week, operating on a 2 day/3day rotation.
Shift time approx 9.45am-2.00pm. Half day Wednesday approx 12pm finish.
The position of part time Catering Assistant in Presentation Secondary School is approx 10-15 hours per week, on a 2 day / 3 day rotation.
Shift time approx 8.30am-2.15pm. Half day Wednesday approx 12pm finish.
The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break, lunch and clean down.
Previous catering experience, knowledge of HACCP and an ability to start at 8am/8.30am is an advantage.
