Position: Childcare Assistant (Preschool Montessori & Afterschool)
Location: Little Smarties Childcare Ltd, Dublin
Hours:
- Preschool: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afterschool: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Little Smarties Childcare Ltd, proudly awarded Best Private Montessori & Afterschool 2025 by the Irish Enterprise Awards, is seeking a Childcare Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum Level 5 in Early Childhood Education (or Letter of Recognition for qualification)
✅ First Aid certified (desirable)
✅ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✅ Experience working with children in a childcare setting
Role Includes:
Supporting our Montessori preschool program
Supervising and assisting children in our Afterschool Club (including homework help, activities, and outdoor play)
Engaging with children in a warm, respectful, and caring way
