Childcare - Clonakilty

Sherpa Kids provides , After school and Holiday Childcare to children in Ireland during term time and non-term time (school holidays).

• Start Date: 18 August to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting before the school term commences.
• Job Types: Permanent (Part-time)
• Locations: Clonakilty
• Hours: After school 1:30-6pm Monday to Friday

Duties include:

• Experience in managing a team
• Assisting with the day-to-day activities in a caring and fun environment.
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Requirements:

• Driving is a desired for this role as you will may be required to work in more than one location / move from one area to another
• Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 1 year)
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
• 2 Written Reference checks required before starting.
