Childcare practitioner Dublin 8 & Dublin 15
Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Childcare Practitioner to join our growing team in Dublin.
Location: Dublin 8 Inchicore and Dublin 15 Mountview
Starting Rate: €13.65 per hour (with potential for increases based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and early education to children in a warm, supportive environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including those related to child protection and health & safety
Requirements:
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a childcare setting preferred
- A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Garda Vetting and two references required
