Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff. As a Gym Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are hygienic, well-presented, and up to our health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, machines, and workout areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors throughout the facility
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, lockers, and counters
- Clean and restock restrooms and changing rooms
- Remove trash and recycling from bins regularly
- Refill hygiene stations (wipes, hand sanitizers, paper towels)
- Monitor cleaning supplies and inform management when stocks are low
- Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (especially in gyms or fitness facilities)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends
- Understanding of health and safety standards
Job Type: Part-time
