Now Hiring: Chiropractic Assistant (Decompression Therapy & Front Desk Support)
Location: Dublin 2 Chiropractic, 79 Merrion Square South, Dublin 2
Contract Type: Fixed-Term | Pay: €15/hour
Duration: 12 months | Part-Time, 34 hours per week. Possibility of permanent position.
Start : 25th August at 8.45am.
Monday to Thursday : 8.45am - 6.15pm (Lunch 1.30-2.30pm).
8 hours 30 minutes per day.
We’re a busy chiropractic clinic looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys both clinical and front-desk responsibilities.
The candidate must demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling payments. This includes ensuring that all transactions are processed promptly, entered correctly into the system, and matched with the appropriate accounts or customer records.
In addition, the candidate should be reliable in maintaining accurate records, double-checking entries, and quickly resolving discrepancies to prevent errors that could impact financial reporting or customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to precision are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up patients for spinal decompression therapy, ensuring comfort and safety
- Monitor sessions under chiropractor direction and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Greet and check patients in and out with a friendly, professional attitude
- Book appointments accurately and manage the clinic schedule
- Process payments and maintain basic front desk operations
- Provide general support to the clinical team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
- Able to follow clinical protocols precisely and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Previous experience in healthcare, reception, or customer service is an asset (however not necessary as training is provided)
