This is a site-based role in the Midlands.
Package:

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in the utilities industry, leading sub-contractors, and direct crews
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- Desirable - Road opening and reinstatements (ROAR) course complete
- Experience within the installation of underground ducting (UG)
- Experienced with all types of civil builds
- Ability to mentor and train trainees and inexperienced Personnel
- Experience in people and line leadership
- Developed client-facing skills with a client-oriented approach
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Organisational & Planning Skills
- Able to balance competing priorities and meet personal targets within a fluctuating & demanding workload
