Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas in a residential apartment block. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and help maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitise communal areas including entrance lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, and bin storage areas.
· Dust, mop, vacuum, and wash floors, as appropriate to surface type and usage.
· Regularly clean high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, intercoms, and lift buttons.
· Empty bins in common areas and maintain cleanliness in refuse collection zones.
· Clean internal windows, glass panels, and entryways.
· Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
· Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to the property manager.
· Maintain a cleaning schedule and record daily or weekly tasks completed.
Key Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar cleaning role, preferably in residential or commercial buildings is desirable but not essential.
· Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
· Ability to work independently
· Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
· Respectful and courteous manner when interacting with residents or contractors.
· Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €12.70-€13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
